I use this about once every 3 or 4 shampoos as a "detox" shampoo that gets rid of any build up and get a deeper clean. My hair feels very soft and light after. I usually shampoo with it TWICE - thats the game changer. For the price it's the best I've tried.

A little bit goes a long way. It smells really good and makes my hair soft and smooth. I do recommend that you blow dry your hair if you’re going out because it may leave your hair looking a bit greasy if you don’t.
