The stuff that peels off is not dead skin, it is the product itself. It has a nice smell but it does not do anything that I can notice. Not worth the price. I would buy a good scrub instead!
I love using this since you can really see the difference to your skin afterwards. It's easy to apply, and definitely leaves your skin feeling purified.
