Sticky pigment base to hold eye jewelry in place.

This is a great eye primer for sparkle eye shadows and eye jewels. Probably not necessary and too sticky for regular eye shadow, unless you are laying it on really thick. This is super-perfect for your heavy make-up days and might be downright perfect as a glue for eye sparkles. Highly recommend trying this and the value is excellent.
