My feet can get dry in winter and summer. If I'm not spending enough time at the beach in the sand which exfoliates my feet they can become noticeably dry and rough. Recently a co-worker commented on my dry feet and luckily just in time I recieved the Amopé Pedi for free from Chick Advisor to review. I was thrilled to have recieved it just in time for a VIP event in which I wanted to wear some cute sandals. I was not disappointed! Please understand that my heels especially can get pretty rough as well as my big toes for some reason. With ONE use, my feet were already smoother and softer. Immediately after my first use, I lotioned my feet and wore lotion socks. I've tried other products that have not been nearly as effective. I used this product only two times in total (to get rid of some previously missed rough spots) and I'm thoroughly impressed by the ease of use and how well it truly works. I don't get manis or pedis as I do my own. Now I'll be more confident in my summer foot wear and hope my co-worker notices my feet now. I will continue to use this product when needed with confidence as it truly works! I'm a fan! I only wish I had taken before and after photos.
I got this electronic foot file courtesy of the Chickadvisors Product Review Club. Before this, I used to use my Pedi egg.
The idea is very good. It saves you effort as the rotation occurs automatically. And I can see the fine powder left on the device after using it, which means it's working. The size of the rollerhead also lets me get into smaller areas than the Pedi egg. In my opinion, it is perfect for removing slightly rough areas of your feet.
However, for thick callouses (which I do have), it doesn't work as fast as the Pedi egg. Coupled with the fact that the instructions tell you to not use the device on the same area for more than 3-4 seconds, it would take forever to get the thick skin ground down.
The conclusion is that this is good for areas that are not too bad, and for callouses, keep the Pedi egg. I have yet to see how long the battery and the roller heads last. I saw the rollerheads on walmart.com and they are $12.47 for two. When both the battery and the rollerhead it is gone, I will reevaluate to see if it is worthwhile to buy refills.
I received the Amopé Pedi Perfect as a free sample from Chick Advisor in return for my honest review.
It works well! I have a lot of hard skin/callouses as I don't like to wear socks or shoes most of the time. The Amopé Pedi Perfect has left my feet soft and smooth...something I wasn't sure I would ever achieve.
I would recommend it to anyone but most especially those who suffer from diabetes .
I received this product through the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club for my honest review. The majority of my pedicures are done at home so I was really excited to give it a try. I have dry skin and my feet are especially prone to dryness and callouses. Up until using the Pedi Perfect, I relied on foot scrubs or a foot file to take care of the rough skin. I can honestly say that the Pedi Perfect has made a huge difference in my pedi routine. I've been using it for about a week now and my feet are so much softer. The grip design is my favourite feature of the Pedi Perfect and I really think it sets it apart from the other electronic foot files that I've seen. The ergonomic soft touch handle allows for a a firm, comfortable grip on the device. It runs on 4 AA batteries which are included in the starter kit. The file heads are replaceable and very easy to remove. I would highly recommend it and am so happy it's now part of my regular foot care routine. My only gripe is that I wish it came with a cover for the file end when it's being stored.
I received Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File for free in exchange of my honest opinion via. ChickAdvisor. Before this opportunity I had heard a lot about it but never tried myself. My feet are very dry which makes them prone to cracking. This is further worsen by my constantly staying on my feet during working leading to callus formation. Everyday I use cream and massage it on my feet buy the dryness doesn't go away. To give some relief to my cracked feet I use manual foot filer or pumice stone, but that requires lot of time to file both the feet.
I started using Amope the day it arrived. I find it quite stylist and heavy duty made. By heavy duty, I mean strong built! It operates on 4 AA batteries which come along with the pack. This saves you from spending extra bucks on buying batteries. One is supposed to use it on dry skin and gently. If you apply too much pressure the device auto-shuts. This feature is the best part of this device! Amope is quite easy to use and it gently takes off your dead and dry skin leaving your feet smooth and soft. The ergonomically shaped soft touch handle with specially designed micralumina replaceable head are the plus points of this device.
It effectively removed my dry and dead skin making my feet smooth and soft the vary first time I used it. By the third time of use my callus had shrunken and started to fade away. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and my feet are totally transformed. I really love Amope Pedi Perfect!
When I can't make it to the spa, I often do my own pedicures at home. I probably change my nail polish every other week, and I have a kit with all kinds of files, creams, lotions and pumice stones to do my own pedicure.
When Chick Advisor said they were sending me the Amopé Pedi Perfect Electric Foot File, I was obviously excited, but a little nervous too. How would this contraption work into my home pedicure routine? The idea of using something battery powered was a little intimidating, but I soon realized that this tool was exactly what I needed.
The Amopé Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File is an electric hard skin remover for the professional removal of hard and tough skin at home. It is battery operated, and the average price is $49.99.
Compared to using other foot files, the Amopé Pedi Perfect blows them all away. Who want's to do manual labour on your feet when this device easily files my feet? It made them so soft in seconds! The instructions say to keep the device moving, and not to focus on one part of the foot for longer than 3 seconds. I followed the instructions precisely, and I found that in only a few seconds my feet were super soft. I was sure I couldn't get them that soft if I had used a pumice stone.
It was much easier to operate than I anticipated. It's very easy to turn on and off, and it just needed to be smooth across my feet in the areas I wanted to remove callouses and dry spots. It was very quick as well - I was done so quickly that I wasn't sure how I lived without this device before!
One of my major pet peeves is having dry heels. It looks horrible in sandals, so I am always trying smooth my heels before I go out. It is so much faster to use the Amopé Pedi Perfect just before heading out the door!
I am in love with this product. If you love to do home pedicures like I do, then you really need to get a hold of the Amopé Pedi Perfect. I had no idea I would love it this much!

I received this curtsey of the Chick Advisor Product Review Cub (thanks!!)
I have dry skin from my nose to my toes, and while I'm no stranger to an array of foot creams, my feet still get dry and are prone to callusing. Not pretty. While I have tried other foot filing devices (Ped egg, Emjoi Micro Pedi... etc) the Amope is far superior. I find that the filing head just seems to cut through all the dead, dry, skin so much easier (and faster) but does so while still being completely gentle. There is no need to apply much pressure as the device does all of the work for you. I love that the rotating head is completely open (unlike other designs that have a more covered design) as it allows you to easily reach any angle on your feet (even flat spots.) The design fits in hand nicely, is weighty, but not too heavy, and is easily cleaned. Overall, I'm a major fan of this and my feet have never looked better!
Let me just tell you that for the price of a pedicure at the salon, you're much better off buying an Amopé Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File. Money much better spent, for an almost better result. My feet, since using the file, are smooth and pretty. So easy to use, it literally took about 15 mins to file both of my feet, and they look, and feel amazing! I've already been recommending the Amopé Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File to my family and friends.
*I received this product for free, for reviewing purposes. All opinions are my own.
I didn't really know what to expect because I've had "fails" with other products that do similar, but with disappointing results. I have to say that I was quite impressed with how well the Pedi Perfect smoothed out my extremely dry feet and instantly improved the overall look and feel of them. I've only had to use a couple of times to dramatically improve my feet's health and appearance so I'm really happy. It works quickly and easily, with little effort on my part.
I got this product for free from ChickAdvisor in return for my honest review.
I was really excited to try this product out at first because I do have some rough skin on my heels. When I first tried it, I didn't see a huge difference. It took a while to get used to using it (positioning of it, force used against my skin, etc), but I think using a pumice stone is just as effective, if not more. The more pressure you use against your foot, the more the Amope Pedi Perfect seems to struggle.
I'm going to try and use this again when my feet get really rough and dry. I see everyone's reviews of them loving it, so maybe I just need to give it another go.
