Not super high quality but good for general crafts

I have used these in the past - if I need something specific in a hurry or if a client isn't willing to pay for high quality. Most of their products are synthetic or altered in some way to make them look like a more expensive, semi precious stone. And they almost all come from China, instead of any of the big nations that also export a lot of stones. In this way, I think that the products are overpriced because you're often paying for "fake" stones.
Even so, I do buy these for classes and some of the cheaper projects I work on. You have to read the label carefully and understand what you are buying, especially if you are thinking about reselling the finished piece.
