No whitecast but greasy finish

Sleek and straightforward packaging with a twist that I really found cute. The flip top lid looks transparent but changes color to a bluish tint when left in the sun for some time. This also warmed up the product and upon application this initially has a white cast which goes away when rubbed in for a few minutes. It makes the skin greasy so I recommend using it on the body or the face without make-up. It is a very good value sunscreen with almost no fragrance and absorbs quicker than other sunscreen creams.

Excellent Sun Protection

This product works great! I used it before gardening on a hot sunny day, and although I was sweating, it kept my skin protected. I like that it's a mineral sunscreen, making it a cleaner and not exposing my skin to chemicals. It comes in a relatively small size, but after using it, I noticed that a little goes a long way. You dont need to lather on a lot like you do with most sunscreens. I took off one star because it did feel a little thick and greasy on my skin, which I'm not a fan of, but otherwise, I love knowing that it's made with minerals and provides excellent protection.

Sensitive Skin Sunscreen

This Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen has a very faint, neutral scent. At first touch this lotion feels thick but spreads easily and absorbs quickly into the skin. I applied this lotion before gardening outside and when I came inside my skin still felt moisturized. I like that it doesn't contain harsh chemicals that would irritate my sensitive skin and it contains aloe vera which leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I received this product free.

Sensitive Skin winner

Blue Lizard has been the first sunscreen to not break out my son or myself. It’s easy to apply, doesn’t feel greasy or leave a film on the skin or clothing. It has a nice smell and no white cast leftover.

Blue Lizard Sunscreen

I was given the opportunity to test and review #bluelizardsunscreen for free, courtesy of #butterly.Although I admit to not always wearing sunscreen, I am now more likely to use it after discovering this product. My skin tends to be sensitive when I use certain products but this mineral sunscreen doesn't contain two common irritants, parabens and fragrances, making it a great choice for sensitive skin. This product left my skin looking a bit dewy and my face had a bit of a shine after applying it, but since I do have very dry skin , I didn't mind having the look of added moisture. It goes on thick at first but blends in easily.I would recommend this sunscreen to anyone with dry, sensitive skin but maybe not if your skin is prone to oilyness and acne as it might make your skin more oily. #bluelizardsunscreen #butterly

Perfect for Canadian Summers

I had very high hopes for this sunscreen, being that it is an Australian sunscreen and they know a thing or two about high quality sunscreen! I love that it is SPF50, which leaves me feeling confident that my skin is as protected as possible. I found it applied easily and the thicker texture absorbed easily into my skin without drips.

This product claims that it is safe on sensitive skin and free from fragrances.

In my experience, it did not irritate my skin that isn't that sensitive and did not irritate my sinuses because of fragrance.

I did find that there is a blue tint in the sunscreen. It took me a bit to work it into my skin for protection and not look like a ghost. It was not greasy feeling or heavy feeling in my skin. I was happy to read and see it is a mineral sunscreen that is reef ecosystem safe. Amazed it is an Australian product. Will likely purchase this in the future for my sun protection needs.

Blue Lizard delivers where it counts

I've been using Blue Lizard sunscreen for a while now, and overall, I'm really happy with it. One of the standout features is that it's non-greasy—it absorbs well and doesn't leave that heavy, sticky residue a lot of other sunscreens do. Most importantly, it works: I haven't burned once while wearing it, even after long hours in the sun.

The only downside for me is the aroma—it’s not terrible, but it definitely leaves a little to be desired. It has that typical mineral sunscreen smell that lingers more than I'd like. That said, the performance far outweighs the minor issue with scent. Highly recommend for reliable sun protection without the mess.

Decent sunscreen

Decent sunscreen. Thick formula, so it takes some work for it to absorb into skin - otherwise it leaves a white residue. No scent. Would consider buying.

Daily Go-To Sunscreen!

I’ve tried so many sunscreens, and the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral SPF50 is easily one of the best, especially for my sensitive skin. It’s a bit thick at first but blends in well without leaving a harsh white cast, just a slight tint that fades. There’s no strong chemical smell, it doesn’t sting my eyes, and it stays put even when I’m sweating. The only downside is the price, but for a mineral sunscreen that actually works and doesn’t irritate my skin, it’s totally worth it.
