Light and Fluffy

Tried this out. The cake turned out okay. Flavour is not bad. It was light and fluffy- though be careful to use parchment, grease, or spray your pan generously otherwise may stick. And then fall apart when you’re trying to release the cake (in my case cupcakes). I also slightly overfilled the muffin liners so otherwise may have been fine. Might purchase again, but not sure.
