Not the best

I was chosen to try the Dap latex sealant Alex ultra white advanced for free. My boyfriend is a carpenter and works at a professional level for precise and quality work. Despite testing the product with two caulking guns the product still comes out in a heap. Unfortunately he does not recommend this product but likes other products from this brand which he often uses for his work.

Just what I needed

My apartment is 12 years old now and I have started to see a few cracks here and there. I was so glad to receive the Dap Alex Ultra Advanced Latex Sealant to try for free as I was not sure what product to choose on my own. Dap was great. It was easy to use and worked so well. This is a great sealant. It was ready in about 15-20 minutes and then able to paint. It is very easy to use and would recommend it to use. It doesnt have a strong odor.

Quick drying

This was quick to dry, low odour and could paint same day as applied. I cannot comment on long term anti-shrink properties. Went on easy with little mess.
