Daughter never complained

I signed up for some coupons when I was pregnant and that's how I first found enfamil. I tried this product with my daughter and she never had any troubles with gas or stomach pains.

Disappointed

Hello , Im a regular customer for Enfamil since my daughter was born , nothing bad to mention about the product my LO likes it and all good , but I’m writing this review about the customer service and how they are treating back there regular customer, I did an order of 2 boxes of packs of 4 and I did a mistake with the flavor and I called to ask for a return , the answer was NO sorry ,because they updated their policy in March and there are no exceptions even for a loyal customer , they just do not care ,my packs are still in its original packing and un opened! So sad ! And really disappointed.
I tried to write a review on their website but they didnt publish it , I will add a photo of their response .
