Tasty Mini Scones

I enjoy the crumbly texture of these scones. The mild sweetness of the orange flavour pairs well with the slightly tangier flavour of the small cranberry pieces. These are mini scones, making them great to eat as a snack or with tea. I like the sweetness the icing provides, as the scones themselves are only mildly sweet. The icing is similar to a glaze in consistency. These are a decent price at Loblaws or Independent.

They are a perfect mini sizes so you can havea few to go with your coffee or tea!
They have a nice texture, not too moist or dry and I really liked the sweetness of the orange with the tartness of the cranberry.
