Shortbread Cookie With Delicious Add-Ins

I bought a pack of these cookies from Metro. Each pack comes with a fair number of average sized cookies-- in terms of homemade cookie size, not Tim Horton's cookies. The cookies vary in size from flatter and mildly crispier to rounder and slightly chewier. These are essentially a buttery shortbread cookie with white chocolate chips and dried cranberry pieces spread throughout. There is no shortage of cranberries and white chocolate chips in each bite, which add a nice sweetness and tartness to the cookie. The cookie is crunchy and crumbly. This is a sweeter cookie due to the mix of add-ins. I'd buy this again as a snack or side to lunch.

Delicious fruit and white chocolate!

This cookie was moist, slightly dense, a little crispy around the edges and loaded with flavour. I purchased a box of these from Metro for around $4. The cookies are loaded with white cvocokate chips and mini strawberry pieces. I could taste the strawberry flavour in each bite although it was not overpowering. I warmed my cookies for 12 seconds in the microwave and the white chips melted. The chips added a nice sweetness and flavour. This cookie was sweet but not too sweet. The middle was soft when eaten but the edges had a slight crispness to them. I would buy these again!
