Innovative Shampoo Bar by Garnier Whole Blends

This Garner whole Blends Coconut & Aloe Vera Hydrating Shampoo Bar was really a great product! My hair was shiny and soft and the only criticism I had was that my hair a little flyaway but to be fair that could be due to the dry winter conditions. I loved the fresh scent and the ease of using this shampoo. I will be buying this and appreciate the free full-sized sample that was provided by Garner! Thanks!

Works well

This works well but takes some (small amount of) effort to get lathered up and working. It's a mild inconvenience, but the benefit is a more sustainable product, and the shampoo itself works well and leaves a nice refreshing scent.

A 'solid' shampoo

Having only ever used the liquid kind, I was skeptical about solid shampoo. However, all my doubts were cast aside by the Garnier Whole Blends Coconut & Aloe Vera Hydrating Shampoo Bar. I was quite surprised how well it foams and the fact that you don't need to use a lot. It smelled divine. My hair (and head) did feel refreshed.

The only con is storage. You need to get a soap dish and make sure its always dry before you put the bar back after using. Else it will "melt" in the dish and get wasted.

Clean and fresh

I loved the scent of this shampoo bar, it smelled very clean without being overpowering. There was a lot of lather and hair rinsed clean. The bar was a cute little leaf shape and looked very natural (no added colors, was a light brown/beige color). After using my hair felt clean and silky with no heavy buildup on my scalp.

Hydration bar

I received this Garnier coconut & aloe vera hydrating shampoo bar from Chick Advisor and Butterly for my honest review.
I’ve been using shampoo bars for the past few years to cut down on waste, but am excited more companies are coming out with them! This bar smelled SO good, almost reminiscent of a beach vacation, which is a great escape during winter! Super simple to use, and lathered as well as liquid shampoo. My hair felt super soft after using and even had a bit more volume. I hope Garnier comes out with conditioner bars (and tins for travel!) soon to go along with these!

Lots of bubbles!

I was surprised with the Shampoo bar. It is similar to bar soap for the body, and lathers really well. During first use, I was not used to using this product and it reminded me of hotel soap. It has the squeaky clean feeling that hotel soaps provide after a shower. However, it started to grow on me and now I enjoy using it! The scent is mild and smells good.

Great bar!

I really liked this shampoo bar. I was worried about it making my hair waxy but it did not do that. It washed it well and it made my hair feel very clean after! It will be great for travel as well as it’s easily storable!

Great innovative way to reduce waste

I really love this shampoo bar! My hair feels amazing and I really love the reduction of waste. It is pretty amazing! I got to try the coconut one and I can’t wait to try the other ones!

Only 2 downfalls

I have been searching hi and low for something that works this well! It cleans my hair, there is no residue left behind. Other shampoos make my hair greasy. This bar doesn't! I can go 3 days without washing. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. It lathers great as long as there is constant water. Don't try to rub it on your hair not under the water. Or lather in your hands then apply it. I was able to brush my hair after using it and I haven't used conditioner once after it. I don't typically style my hair. So I don't brush it wet. The only down falls to this bar, don't get it in your eyes!!! It burns so bad! And like every other shampoo... colour fade is pretty bad. I had arctic fox in my hair.. and well every wash my water is purple. But other than that it's fantastic.

Soft clean hair!

I was looking for a shampoo bar for a long time. This one has a beautiful scent and lathers really well. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and this shampoo bar is mild enough to use daily. I love how soft my hair feels.
