Awesome replacement to my regular shampoo!

I am extremely pleased with this new innovation. At first I was a bit hesitant, as there was conditioner to use after the shampoo, but after using this shampoo bar alone, my hair was very clean, soft and easy to manage. Love it.

Impressed

I was honestly not expecting much from this shampoo. I've used other brands of shampoo in bar form and was not impressed. I was amazed at the lather the shampoo gave me, lots and lots of lather. The smell is a fresh scent of the flowers and fresh air. Leaves your hair soft and frizz free. Will definitely buy again!

A Gentle Green Shampoo Bar

Thank you Chick Advisor and Butterly for selecting me for Garnier Canada’s new Shampoo Bar Campaign. I received a full sized 60g “Garnier Whole Blends Gentle Oat Delicacy Shampoo Bar for Delicate Hair” to try for free!
This is a wonderful green product. Garnier “commits to Green Beauty”. The packaging is made of 100% recyclable cardboard with Zero Plastic Waste. 97% Biodegradable. Cruelty-Free. Fast-rinse formula to help save water. This product is 94% Plant-Based. Made without animal-derived ingredients, preservatives and soap silicone. It is blended with plant-based ingredients, oat milk, and rice cream.
This product claims to “soften, nourish, and provide full care for your hair”. Initially I found the scent coming from the box overwhelming. I would give this product 5 stars if it wasn’t for the very strong fragrance. The scent was not bad smelling, just far too strong until the bar was wet.
I have used solid shampoo bars before. This shampoo bar was easy to use, and very gentle on my hair and skin. I wet my hair and the bar. The bar foamed quickly and the shampoo lathered very well. The product rinsed out quickly, as promised, and left no residue. It left my hair clean, tangle free, and lightly scented. My hair did not feel weighed down. My hair wasn’t left greasy or dried out. My scalp didn’t feel irritated or tight. I did not need to follow up with a conditioner. You could use this shampoo bar on your “bits & pits” if needed, as it was that gentle. Tried it.
I recommend storing the shampoo bar in a tin to keep it protected. This product should last a long time, up to “2 months or 48 uses” according to Garnier, if kept dry. Very cost effective, averaging under $6 a bar at most stores. I would absolutely buy this product and recommend it to everyone. If you are already a Garnier Whole Blends fan, definitely give this shampoo bar a try.

Love how my hair feels

First of all, I love the concept of these soaps, I have always been a lover of natural things and this definitely is. The soap smells delicious, is easy to lather to apply and easy to remove from the hair, thus helping to save water. this time I got the shampoo and at the end of the bath my hair felt light and I love that. I would like to try the aconditioner to see how my hair ends up with both. I recommend to try it, more if you have oily hair.

Beautiful shampoo bar

I got this product #free and i could not be happier to have tried it ! I have tried other shampoo bars but none were as great as this one, not only does it smell beautiful but it lathers up nicely allowing you to wash your hair easily without extra waste! I stored it as recommended on the box and i can see i’ll get many uses out of this product . would recommend to anyone looking to try a shampoo bar for delicate hair without the overload of fragrance and additives . Try garnier whole blends oat delicacy !

Nice gentle clean

I recently had the opportunity to try this product free for my honest review.
I rather liked this shampoo bar. It was really easy to use, and lathered well. It only took a small amount to get a decent lather. It left my hair feeling clean, but not stripped. It does have a strong odour, but that eases after a bit.
I have short hair, so it doesn't tangle. I do feel like I would definitely need a conditioner if my hair was longer. If one becomes available in the future, I would love to use them together!

Such a great product

I totally love the idea of this shampoo bar, I'm always looking for different ways to help reduce plastic waste and this is just perfect. The bar lathers very nicely and smells so good! I usually struggle getting the tangles out of my hair after washing it but with this shampoo bar it was so easy to brush through with no struggle at all and it left my hair looking silky and shiny! I highly recommend this product to my friends and family.

So simple, the way shampoo should be!

I've never used bar shampoo before, so I was excited to get the opportunity to try this product. The Garnier Whole Blends shampoo came packaged in cardboard with no unnecessary plastic, a real win for me! I was slightly concerned at first, as I found the smell, though pleasant, very strong in the box (and I am more sensitive to smells than most), but in use the smell does not longer in your hair.
The shampoo was so easy to use and lathered extremely easily. I loves not having to fiddle with bottle caps and just being able to grab the shampoo bar and get right to it.
It left my hair very soft and when let air dry my normally stick straight hair actually had some natural curls to it! Makes me feel like my hair must be weighed down less by other fillers.
This was a nice entry way into the world of bar shampoo, and I love that Garnier doesn't test on animals and the product is cruelty free while being a more eco-friendly alternative to other shampoos. When you think of the extra petroleum in the plastic packaging plus all the extra weight delivering products across the world which are mostly full of water it makes sense to switch to bar products when possible. And this option didn't make me feel like my hair was missing out on anything!
