Almost perfect...

So, I'm not 100% vegan or truly lactose intolerant, but I do tend to stay away from a lot of dairy. In my quest to try alternatives, I've started tasting my way through non-dairy ice creams. I recently tried this and was really pleased with just how good it is. It is made with coconut as a main ingredient, so the coconut flavor is very prominent (and I would have hoped) and gives the texture a really creamy feel that almond-based dairy-free ice creams sometimes lack. The overall flavour is really great, but I found the addition of the caramel to be a bit too much and made the dessert sweeter than it needs to be.

Not Great

I'm lactose intolerant so I'm always trying to find a good no dairy ice cream...this is not it. This is not at all creamy. It's oddly thick and has a cheap fake sweet flavour. The combination seems like it should taste good together but it does not! The consistency is totally bizarre...almost like sherbert...not a fan at all.
