Although this blush polka dot blouse from Target is gorgeous and definitely lust worth... I would never purchase it again. It's make out of a beautiful sheer chiffon like fabric but it is so poorly made. I was wearing it for about 20 minutes (getting ready, I didn't do anything crazy like jog!) and my sister noticed a huge tear on the back of the shirt near my shoulder. I later read a few reviews on this shirt and the same thing had happened to many others! Too bad I hadn't read this review *before* I purchased this shirt. Fortunately Target allowed me to return the shirt. Overall, gorgeous blouse but don't buy it, horrible quality!
