i love this product even a small amount of it goes a long way and works. The tube is quite small but like I said all you need is a bit of it and you massage it in the skin and it works right away. It soothes the muscles and gives a cooling effect due to the menthol.

This rub works well on sprains,strains with only small amounts several times a day.It works for me to stop aura of migraine headaches.
