Love this machine. Brews the coffee just right and I can brew more with the carafe that it comes with which keeps the coffee hot for quite awhile. I love the fact that you can change the color of the light to whatever color you want on the menu. I love the idea that you can brew either cup by cup like any other keurig but you can brew an entire carafe if you happen to either want more coffee or you have guests over for coffee. I recommend registering online because if something goes wrong with the machine they will replace it. They replaced my sister's machine with no questions asked. All they want is the part that you put the coffee pod in and the serial and model number to send in for proof you have the machine.
I love my Keurig coffee maker, the only thing I don't like is the layer of film in the bottom of the cup presumably from the lack of paper filter. Really like the conveneince.
as the title mentions, our blog runs on java! I have been a coffee person since I’ve been about 11 years old and that will never change and although I have cut down on the amount, I cannot go without a few cups of it a day. The smell of it brewing tickles my senses and revs me up knowing that hopefully soon it will be pleasing as well to my palate.
To tell you that our family are Keurig fans would be a definite understatement, as just us personally have owned three, not including the ones we have purchased for other family members as well as the one I brought to work when I was at the motorcycle dealership. The fact that when I want a cup for myself only, I can or make another within seconds is great but with the new #Keuriginnovation in the 2.0 it has just gotten that more convenient to have that sweet nectar of the gods.
When Keurig offered up the chance for me to review the #Keurig2point0 I near fell out of my recliner as I read the email. ahhh can you say YESSSSS! lol I was completely and utterly ecstatic as I can literally spend an hour at a local store that shelves nothing but Keurig branded coffees to choose what flavors I want to take home and try. I keep saying I, but I really mean we as Sherri, my wife for those of you who have yet to talk with her is just as much if not more a coffee nut. We can both grab a coffee late in the evening even as late as we want and go to sleep right after without it affecting our sleep one bit. I think maybe coffee runs in our veins instead of blood and we are just contributing to our overall supply.
I was a little hesitant when my husband bought this because of the price, but let me tell you it was worth every penny! It is so easy and fast to use! Helps me save time and be ready for the day with a delicious cup of coffee!
I currently am using a Keurig 2.0 and really like it. I love the option to brew a carafe (pot) rather than just a cup as it's a lot quicker when I have people over. I wish that the carafe had some sort of warming option for the days that I brew a pot myself, but zapping my coffee for 30 seconds in the microwave does the trick. My only BIG complaint would be the new "Keurig Brewed" branding system on the new pods and new brewers, because I can't use older, non-branded coffee pods in my new brewer now.
I honestly LOVE my Keurig! It's so simple and so fast. The best part is that it isn't wasteful and it allows for a verity of coffee and the drop of a hat.
I love my Keurig. I've started using the permanent filter to save money on the Kcups and it still makes a great cup of Java.
I love this. It sucks a bit that you can't have all the options available to you, and you can only use specific K-Cups, but once you learn how to get around these limitations it's a great machine.
It functions smoothly, gives you notifications as necessary, and has some wonderful options available. My only suggestion to Keurig is to give people all the menu options, and to not restrict people. I personally wanted this machine so I could make my own teas all the time, and unfortunately they're making it very difficult.
Works great for just brewing hot water too - but for $150 (K400 edition), if that's all you want it for its not the best option. ;)
Although I do not have complaints on the quality of this product, I would still not make the purchase. The 2.0 only allows specific Keurig K-Cups to be brewed. My advice is stick with an older model until Keurig corrects this. I understand why the company is doing it, but as a Keurig user, I would like more options for use on my brewer.
