    'soy' good

Great brand of soy sauce to cook with. I use it primarily for stir fry’s and when eating sushi. I find that it’s not too salty and doesn’t taste too “wheat like”. For those looking for low sodium options they cater to that as well.

    THE only soy sauce

I only buy kikoman soy sauce. Its great on rice, sushi, or to use as a seasoning while cooking to replace salt. Its reasonably priced and the smaller containers are so cute

    Good Soy Sauce

We normally have a bottle of this in our kitchen at all times just in case a dish I'm preparing needs it. I don't buy the light version because that is this version + water. I typically dilute this to one part soy sauce and one equal part water and all of a sudden I have light soy sauce. Its also nicer to have it undiluted for marinades. This is a very versatile sauce, and I use on meats, in stir fry, on fried rice, noodles, breakfast eggs, and even on roasted chickpeas. There are so many things you can cook with this sauce. Highly recommend.
