I first received this for free from one of their facebook promotions. And ever since I first tried it, I was hooked. Very moisturizing and lasts a while also.
The scent is alright, reminds me slightly of baby powder.
It is really expensive, but it lasts quite a while.
If you're a fan of L'occitane, I recommend waiting for when they have 'free ___ with purchase'. They have little gift bags that include this hand cream.
Sometimes their seasonal/limited edition scents go on sale so I would recommend those too.
I was really excited to try this hand cream. I assumed it would work really well just based on my knowledge of the brand. It smells nice and does work reasonably well. However, the massive downfall that will keep me from repurchasing is how greasy it is. I prefer my hand creams to absorb fully and not leave a residue... so this falls short.
I live in a dry climate so naturally my hands are dry. Unfortunately, this cream was ineffective in keeping my hairs moisturized. This hand cream is fairly thick so you would think that it would create a nice moisture barrier; however, I have found that after five minutes, my hands feel dry again. It is almost as if the cream isnt properly absorbed into the skin and only moisturized the surface of the skin, so i think if you have naturally dry skin and live in a more than normal dry climate, it may not work for you without having to reapply frequently and at that rate, you would be better off purchasing a hand cream from the drugstore like glysomed.
My most used hand cream. I adore it. Ever since using this, I refuse to use other hand creams. It is a little pricy as a tube is $34 but it's worth every penny.
I have very dry hands and need a rich moisturizer. I have to apply this cream twice for my hands to be moisturized. It would probably be food for other people who do not have very dry skin.
It does not meet my needs for a hand moisturizer. I expected more considering the price of the product.
I have very dry skin and it gets much worse in the winter months. I generally have to apply cream every time I wash my hands to the point that they hurt. I work in an office and typing with greasy hands isn't pleasant. I have tried a number of different hand creams from regular drug store products to fancy high end ones and while there are lots of great options this is my favourite. They come in a variety of floral or nut smells and are more water based so they soak into the skin right away and don't leave a greasy film. The sent is pretty strong though so not always good to use in offices with no perfume policy's.
I received this in a LuxeBox. I have always wondered about this brand and was happy to try it. It was comparable to the Body Shop hand cream - pretty moisturizing. I found this scent a bit strong, and have repurchased in the Amande scent.
I had recieved this in a sample pack as a gift for christmas. Its very nice thick but not to thick not greasy at all
This is a great hand cream, it's very rich so it's great for really dry hands like mine. Downside, it's a little too greasy for me, and I don't really like the fragrance, it's a little too strong.
The best hand cream I've ever tried! It's a little bit expensive but these tubes lasts long even though it looks small. my favourite is shea butter but they are all great.
