This flat iron is very modern and sleek and looks salon worthy. About 60 seconds after plugging it in and turning it on it is heated and ready to go. It's extremely easy to use and even though it comes with a user's manual I don't think it will be needed by most.

There are four buttons located on the flat iron. There's the on and off button , a + button to increase heat and a - button to decrease heat. Once you get the perfect temperature there's a memory button that memorizes your preferable heat temperature. The heat is adjustable between 285-450F. There's also a safety feature that shuts the iron off after 60 minutes for those that are forgetful.

I like this flat iron much better than my old one. It glides smoothly over my hair and it doesn't snag at all. Since I have fine thin hair it took about 15 minutes to completely straighten my hair and afterwards it looked considerably smoother and sleeker. I like that the fact that this flat iron could also be used it to curl my hair.

This flat iron has a few modern features my old flat iron didntn such as the karatin Ion metal ceramics, the LED digital screen display that shows the temperature in bright red numbers and the convenient swivel cord which ensures the cord does not get tangled. This flat iron is high quality and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
