A Unfortunate Miss

This product is not the normal quality I've come to know from Canadian Tire and MotoMaster unfortunately. There were three main issues I had with this product.

1. The jack handle was very scratched up, not the normal scratches you would see from maybe the item not being packaged properly during delivery but moreso either it looked like a return or it was just not finished properly during manufacturing.

2. For the handle to engage to be able to pump, it need to fit in to the handle socket and then twist the handle to the right for the pin to fit in to the groove in order for the handle to be secure and safe. Unfortunately this wasn't possible as the was an very small extra piece of metal that was blocking the pin from fitting properly. I had to take a pair of pliers and break off this piece so that the handle could engage properly.

3. The instruction manual is seriously lacking.

Once I was able to get the handle to fit properly, the jack worked as expected and with ease however I have reservations about the longevity given the above issues.

The name says it all. This jack truly is HEAVY DUTY. As someone who has always used the jack that comes with your car, there is an intense difference. This feels built strong and built to last. We change our own seasonal tires and feel so happy to have a solid jack we feel safe using

Excellent product

My husband used this Motomaster 3 ton trolley jack to lift up his car so he can change the winter tires. It was really easy to use this jack and it made changing tire process really easy. I think it’s a great product to have in your garage.

Easy to manage my car task right in my garage

From the moment I unpacked it, the jack felt sturdy and well-built. The swivel casters make it effortless to move around my garage, and I didn’t struggle at all to position it under my car. I was able to adjust the height easily, which meant I could raise my SUV just the right amount to check brakes, change a tire, or inspect the undercarriage. The hydraulic action is smooth, so it didn’t take many pumps to lift my car safely. Using this jack has made a huge difference in my confidence with my car tasks. What used to feel nerve-wracking is now manageable and stress-free. I can get the work done efficiently without worrying about safety or stability.
One thing I would change is the packaging, it could be more secure and protective, as it felt a bit flimsy when it arrived.

Very strong, sturdy and secure trolley jack

This is really great addition to my garage. Made all car maintenances easy for me. It has adjustable swivel saddle which is really convenient and makes car lifting really secure. Castors are very smooth to move around and make jack positioning very easy. It has 3 ton capacity so works for all cars. Highly recommend it.
