Definitely Useful!

I would say overall that this definitely helped cut my cravings in half, I smoke less than I was before trying the QuickMist- it’s just the taste I can’t get past, might be a personal preference but it was awfully strong for my liking. Overall I would recommend this to people trying to quit or cut down on smoking!

This is a great product that really does help curb your cravings for a cigarette. Not a fan of the taste but works amazingly. Definitely would recommend to someone trying to quit.

Helped me a lot

As a 40yr smoker, this really helped me with my willpower and determination to quit. One little mist early takes the edge off any cravings. It only takes 30 seconds for this to work, you are 2x more likely to quit vs willpower alone. And one dispenser is equivalent to 150 cigarettes.

Not bad

It works to relieve the cravings but it is a very strong taste and leaves me feeling sick to my stomach most of the time- maybe it just takes some getting used to.

Impressively Effective

Nicorette Nicotine QuickMist Mouth Spray has been a great support for me. I have been using it for over 3 weeks, and I'm really satisfied with the results I have achieved so far. Although, this is my first attempt at quitting, having a great tool like the Nicorette Spray has been extremely helpful. Fresh mint has a very strong flavor but they have a variety of flavors. Great product for certain people

This product is great for people who are trying to stop smoking. For me I have asthma so I am not able to use it says my doctor but for others it would be a great idea.

Quick and easy

I really liked this product and how simple and quick it is to use (compared to the patch for instance). It is easy to use this to replace a cigarette. The low dose of nicotine means for us that it’s not as stressful if needing to use the mist a little more often at first. The taste is better than the lozenges in my opinion. The size is easy to carry, like the size of a small container of gum, or a container of mints or lozenges. The packaging design also makes it a little bit discrete so that someone wouldnt know right away that you are using a nicotine supplement. This product is meant for someone who is really committed to quitting, because although the app is simple to use, it still requires a mindset that is willing to track each spray and also each cigarette.
