Definitely helped curb cravings and better that the traditional chewing gum. Maybe it was just me but found the mint taste a bit too strong for my personal preference.

Nicorette QuickMist Smarttrack

In this day and age, most people have they're phones on them all the time. I know I usually have my phone on me when I go to have a smoke. So it's kind of nice to have the app right there so I can track my habits when I do. It's very innovative and honestly really thought out. I had a little hitch trying to set it up with the app it does literally mean tap it to your phone to connect. I have not quit smoking yet, but this has been helping my accountability and it's really nice to see in real time how much I'm smoking and how well I'm improving.
