The Nicorette Quick Mist SmartTrack
Helps you to Quick smoking. It's an instant release mouth spray that you can spray 1-2 times into your mouth when you have a craving for a cigarette
and each spray contains 1mg of nicotine.

I've been using the Nicorette QuickMist for about 2 weeks now and it has been working with the help of the app to get me to focus on the plan you create for yourself to quit.

The spary is a fresh mint flavor. It's not the best tasting flavor but it does work well and I'm starting to get used to it.

I will continue to use it as I believe that I'm on my way to success with my journey to be smoke free.

This is also a great product because you can download the free Nicorette app on Google Play or the Apple Store.

The way the app is set up by tracking the number of cigarettes or by tapping the QuickMist spray against your phone and it keeps a log of the amount and time you used it. And if you forget you can manually add it to your log later. It also shows you how much money you have saved and the amount of cigarettes you haven't smoked, you set up your personalized goals and your quit plan, you will also get tips and support on how to quit smoking!

Smoking aid

Not a bad product
Dont like that it made me feel a little sick to my tummy .
Its kinda hard not to swallow it .
I would try and use again in the future

Doesn't taste too bad

Overall I Really love the app that comes with it. It helps me remember to input my cigarette intake and spray intake. However, I find that I Don't remember a lot of The Times but I have now pinned it to my homepage This Way. It would always remind me to use it as for the spray. I like that it You can close so that I can easily put it in my purse and not have to worry thar it will spray everywhere or get debris into the spray hole. I will continue to use the cigarette counter and spray counter on the app.I believe that this would be a really good way to help me quit smoking

Not bad

I have tried a few different nicotine products so wasn't sure if this would help. It's easy to use and the taste is quite nice. I found it did help with my cravings in no time and it really does help

Great if you enjoy mint and breath spray

It provides the nicotine quick and effectively, however it was more minty than i was expecting which was the only downside. It is small and convienient and you can use it with one hand!

Easy tracking

I have received the NICORETTE® QuickMist® SmartTrack™ from @thisisbutterly and @nicorette for free in exchange for my honest review.

The app is very easy to find in the app store. I had no issues finding it right away by searching the name.

It is so simple to use. When your craving hits, all you have to do is spray directly into your mouth. Afterwards, you tap the back of your spray to your phone and it tracks your nicotine usage.

It is such a smart way to track your progress and definitely motivates you.

The device itself is small enough to carry in your pocket for easy access when you get a craving.

It has a pleasant mint flavour which is not too powerful but is surprising when you first use it. I adjusted pretty quickly to it. Your craving for a cigarette goes away instantly.

It burns, but it works!

The Nicorette Quick Mist Smart Track has a lot going for it: it's easy to use, it's small and convenient to carry, it does help with nicotine cravings, and it connects easily to the Nicorette app with no issues. There are some down sides however: I'm not sure if it's the mint flavour or the nicotine but the spray is really harsh and made my tongue burn and my eyes water. I also found that minutes after using the spray I'd have heartburn lasting for about 15 minutes. This meant that I couldn't use it as often as I wanted/needed since it caused so much discomfort, and also made it far less likely that I would use it when out socially. That said, the discomfort also meant that I didn't do any extra snacking - so I haven't gained any weight while I've been quitting smoking - I actually lost a little!

Complex but effective

Initially I found the operation of the application a little complex after having tested the product but I think I will succeed with time. I've read many reviews that it's a good tool for quitting smoking so I'm giving it a chance.

Good product

Only tried it a few times yet but has a good taste and seems to be helping. Cravings have lessened, very easy to use, nice packaging. Hoping it will help me kick the habit

I want to quit so badly

I think it would work if you keep to it.It is costly, but I mean, if you determine to quit smoking.I'm sure that's what be the device to use for so many things out there right now.I'm under so much stress.It's really hard for me
