NINTENDO DOES IT AGAIN!

GOT THIS FOR MY SON FOR HIS 7TH BIRTHDAY AND HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT. WE PLAY GAMES A LOT TOGETHER WHEN HOOKED UP TO THE TV. HE LOVES GOING ONLINE AND PLAYING WITH HIS FRIENDS.

Expensive but fun

We bought my sister one of these gaming systems for Christmas. I sometimes steal it to play. It’s a lot of fun! Reminds me of the DS but updated. There’s a wide variety of games that you can purchase and play alone or in groups. You could probably spend a lot of time playing, which is good since a lot of us have a lot of time on our hands being stuck inside during quarantine. Down side is it is super expensive and sometimes hard to get your hands on with how popular of a system it is, but it’s definitely worth it to blow time in a more fun way than just watching tv, and some games can even keep your mind thinking.

Super fun console to have during quarentine

My partner and I ordered the switch mainly to play animal crossing during quarentine, and so far we are loving it! I wasn’t too sure at first, but I’m starting to really warm up to it.

The console controls are a little wonky to get used to; I’m a bit of a perfectionist so the positioning of the uneven joysticks posed a learning curve. However, I do like that you can get more of a classic controller sleeve to use while playing via the big screen. It’s a pretty small price to pay for a sturdy console you can just about use anywhere with anyone.

So far my favourite game to play (and most intuitive with the controllers) is Katarmari :^)

A gamer’s dream!

This console is so so good. It’s the best portable console out there, and is a completely unique design. I love playing games on it, and the compact game cards help me play more games while I’m inside or out and about. I can’t recommend it to a high enough standard, it costs a lot but the time spent on it makes up for that

Great for all ages!

I got 2 Nintendo Switches for my kids last Christmas. They are great, the whole family enjoys them. It let's you have the opportunity to play an endless amount of games from classics to the new ones. Its great to use as a handheld system or through the television. There is some issues with the joycons, but nintendo customer service is great and will fix or replace them for free.

I went to my local Best Buy to check on a Geek Squad repair. While I was in line; I noticed a woman returning a Nintendo Switch. When she left, I asked Best Buy if I could purchase it. Originally I was told that all game consoles get sent back for refurbishing if they're used. I thought that made sense, and thanked them for taking the time to answer my question. While I was finishing up with Geek Squad, a manager approached me and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the Switch, I said of course. He explained to me that the Switch was new, still sealed, and therefor could be resold in store. He said people still return them to the store all the time. He also mentioned some people purchase them online, and never pick them up. There was actually a Switch waiting to get picked up that had been at the store for more than 21 days; in a few more days it will be going back on the shelves. The secret is luck and asking questions when you're in a Best Buy store. I still can not believe after looking around online for more than 6 months; I randomly purchased a Switch walking into my local Best Buy. I have seen these things being sold online for 3x the price. Do not do that! Sign up for alerts when items are out of stock now, and get notified when they're back in stock. One thing I did do prior to getting a Switch is I built up my little game collection. Whenever games went on sale, I bought them. I also bought the case when it went on sale too. The Switch does not come with any games or a case; so while you're waiting for the console to come back in stock; now would be a good time to go game hunting for some great deals. Also, for an extra $50 Best Buy will give you the 2 year warranty; I highly suggest purchasing it. Best of luck!

Ayant pu tester toutes les consoles nintendo depuis mon enfance jusqu'à l'âge adulte, je trouve que cette console est la meilleure qu'ils ont sortie ! Son atout majeur est qu'on puisse la transporter partout et que dès qu'on en a envie, on peut la brancher sur une televison.

Great for the kids

I bought this a few months ago and have had no issue. Great for 2 player games and awesome entertainment. Only thing I find is the games are a bit over price with $100 per game. You can buy others for $2-$150

Worth it

Worth the money! Love the games and the console itself. Its great to be able to play away from home, say on the airplane. On the big screen I prefer to play with the pro controller, if you haven't invested in one of those what are you waiting for?

Best family video game console

Our entire family of 5 enjoys this. Perfect for a 4 and 6 year old who are just learning how to play video games. We also love all the game options for this console. Great family time.
