This product is amazing ! And to have total control from a remote is even better. I love that this fan offers 6 different speeds, allowing you to use it year round. Different lighting options, for everyone’s preference ! And the timer is such an amazing addition !!

NOMA Marley ceiling fan

I recently received this NOMA Marley 6 speed ceiling fan for free in exchange for my honest review.
I was very excited to receive this fan and knew it would go in my bedroom, since my current ceiling fan’s switch recently stopped working correctly and a new fan was needed!
This ceiling fan was not too hard to assemble or to install, but it did take some time to do so.
I love that it has a remote, which is very convenient! The 6 different speeds of the fan are a very nice touch. It has an LED light with three different color adjustments that can also be dimmed.
I love that this fan is white, it blends in nicely with the ceiling.
This fan is perfect for my bedroom, I love it!

Perfect for large rooms

This took my partner and I a total of 45min to install, and to be fair I just stood around holding and passing tools and parts, this could be done by oneself if your familiar with wiring and installing. This was a pretty simple switch over from our old light fixture. There were a few extra parts and instructions we had to go over confirming we got this right, with only mild confusion when a instruction saying to use one screw type shown a second screw type in the imagery, but we had it figured out without adding to our grey hairs.

This fan has 6 speeds and in our large room more then enough light and fan wind, this would easily work in a larger living room area. With the remote you can switch on and off the light, switch between cool, warm and natural lighting, as well as dim each option by holding the light button. The fan can be switched between six speeds or put in reverse, shut on and off with or without lighting. All speeds are incredibly quite, much more so than our previously used stand fan. We find the middle setting more than enough for our bedroom. This is a sturdy piece that securely fit to our standard wiring set up, but came with a few spare parts for different types of set ups if needed.

Instructions are terrible, fan is great!

This fan is beautiful, quiet and I love the at it has three different light colours! Let me just say, the instructions were garbage. They didn’t make sense on them at all. We had to find the instructional video on the Canadian tire website and go from that. Which half of the steps were not in the paper copy. But I digress. Once the proper wires were attached and we stopped dropping and losing all of our screws… it looks phenomenal! Also helped that our fan motor literally just blew. So the timing of this was perfect. I’m so happy with the white sleek look. It also feels very powerful! Just in time for all the summer weather to hit!!

Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long

Our bedroom is on the second floor and even with air conditioning, it still gets pretty hot in the summer, which is what made us decide to try out the ceiling fan. It instantly cools the room and has six speeds, has different light settings, and even comes with a remote control. It did take a while for us to install and lots of steps however, the instructions were very clear and made the installation enjoyable. I wish we didn’t wait so long before upgrading!
