Baby smooth skin

Okay I am keeping it real as I testing out @parissa.canada Face & Lip Hot Wax tonight. I have never used wax at home kits and I found it really easy to use. The wax was easy and the Ultra Soothing Oil helps to soothe your skin post wax. I will definitely use these products again as they were simple to use and very effective too. @thisisbutterly

Amazing!

So thankful for the opportunity to try for free, Parissa Face & Lip Hot Wax All Natural Hair Removal and Parissa All Natural Ultra Soothe Oil in exchange for my honest opinion. It was so easy to use the Face & Lip Hot Wax kit for short & coarse hair which was a “no-strip wax”. It comes with easy to follow instructions, 100g of salon quality hard wax in its own pan with handle, three wooden spatulas (one of the three is smaller for areas like the eyebrows) and 5ml of the Ultra Soothe Oil to help clean off any residue wax and soothe the skin. I was a bit disappointed that two of the wooden spatulas arrived cracked and splitting which could potentially be dangerous by possibly causing splinters if not careful - I’m certain this is just a one-off incident and don’t hold it against Parissa as defects can happen sometimes. It didn’t take very long to heat up the wax to the consistency of honey and was very easy to apply to my upper lip and eyebrows. I was amazed at how well and how quickly it removed the short, peach fuzz off my upper lip and cleaned up my eyebrows! My skin felt so smooth! I then applied the Ultra Soothe Oil to remove the remaining residual wax and it made my skin feel so soft! I loved the scent of the oil (Chamomile, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cypress, Sea Berry and Vitamin E)! It also helped soothe, repair and hydrate my skin as well as clean my pores and minimized bumps. Almost as good as the spa!

I have been waxing my upper lip with store-bought wax for 25 years now, but this was my first experience using strip-less wax like at the spa. I love the idea of no strips: less waste, less fiddling. I am used to heating my wax in the microwave or using cold wax, so this product was different as I needed to melt it on the stove. It took a bit longer and was a bit messy as the melted wax spilled over onto the glass cooktop when I tried to stir. Once I got it melted though, the experience was perfect. Easy to apply, easy to remove, and worked just as well as the spa and as my favourite strip waxes. If I had the wax warmer and didn't need to use the stove, I'd give it a 5! The soothing oil for after care feels amazing.

Parissa wax provides the salon experience at home at a lesser cost. I got the face & hot lip wax to try, the instructions are simple to follow. It takes a bit of time to figure out the amount of wax for an even layer and you remove the wax at the edge once it cools, no strips used. I’m satisfied this does the job well and the pain is minor. The box with the wax includes a small vial of oil to apply post hair removal that helps soothe the skin, they also gave a bottle of it.

Awesome results with face waxing

Thanks Parissa for sending the face wax kit including the wax, wooden spreader and after wax oil. It was easy to heat on the stove top and use. The results were really good and this left a very smooth skin. Parissa product quality was really good and it made waxing so easy.

User and skin friendly Hair removal

Parissa Face and Lip Hot Wax kit has everything you need to remove hair in the Kit. Instructions were very streight forward and easy to follow, while the wax is user friendly and gentle on skin. Removed all the hair but on a possible user error was did leave residue. The Ultra Smoothing oil provided in the package was an extra nice touch. It help sooth my skin while providing some extra added moisture to the skin. I do recommend this product to anyone looking to remove hair themselves.

I’m very comfortable with waxing, in cosmetology school we learned the proper technique and when I was a practicing hairstylist I waxed eyebrows/ lips regularly for clients.

But this Parissa at home face & lip hot wax kit was the most pleasurable to use. No fussing with muslin wax strips and wax burners. This was super simple and fun to use. You heat rather wax tin on the electric stove burner & melt halfway then stir. Adding the wax In the same direction of the hair growth, making sure the wax is not too hot, apply wax evenly, let it harden a bit, pull the skin taught and pull out, away from the skin in the opposite direction you applied the wax.

This doesn’t hurt a bit and I didn’t find I had wax pieces all Over either like sometimes happens with muslin wax strips.

This wax brand was developed 40 years ago by a woman chemical engineer. It’s all natural, ethically sourced, cruelty free, eco-friendly packaging. I really enjoyed using this and even though I have a professional wax burner kit at home, I much prefer to use this at home kit as It was easier, less mess and much more convenient.
Love this eye & lip at home wax strip free hard wax kit. I’d love to try the others from the brand as well.

Super Simple & Easy Natural Facial Waxing kit!

I thoroughly enjoyed using this Parissa Hot Wax kit! It works so great!
I am new to using hot wax to remove facial hair so i was a bit nervous to start with, but things turned out better than i ever expected.
Now I only have a few random face hairs that just won't go away along with peach fuzz, & it gently removed it all without any pain or discomfort! It is an all natural product as well which makes me feel so much better about using it!
The instructions were so clear and easy to understand. The kit comes with everything you need and you do not need any strips with this wax!
You simply place the little pot of wax it comes with onto a burner or hotplate to heat it up. You don't want the wax to be a complete liquid either, you should let it have some thickness. You then use one of the sticks they supply you with to spread it onto 1 area at a time. You can use your finger once it starts to harden to smooth it out onto the whole area you want waxed.
The best part.. When it hardens you only have to pull it off instead of needing a strip! Make sure you don't pull straight up though to avoid any discomfort.
In 1 quick pull it removed all the hairs completely. I was left feeling so nice & smooth!
I was pleasantly surprised with just how simple this whole process was and how amazing it worked. There is no going back to regular razor shaving for me now. :)

Easy to use

So easy to use. Just heat and apply. Wait and remove. Works great on facial hair removal; without getting any bumps later. I usually break out after waxing. But didn't have any problems.
