Best Hydration Drink Ever

As someone who's constantly on the go between work, community events, volunteering, and keeping up with two kids, I never get a chance to drink as much water as I should so I'm always looking for drinks that are easy to grab, decently good for you and actually enjoyable to drink.

I tried the ROAR Organic Blackberry Lemonade and the flavour was the first thing that stood out to me. The blackberry comes through right away, and the lemon adds just enough tartness to keep it refreshing without being overpowering. It tastes bright and fruity without being overly sweet.

What I liked most was how easy it was to work into my day. I was working a community event all day, on little sleep, I didn't drink anything at all, this felt like one of those simple things that made a busy day feel a little more refreshing.

The perfect hydration for summer

I was so happy to be gifted the blackberry lemonade roar organics hydration drink. The coconut water base and electrolyte/vitamin mix keep me going. I love the easy to grab bottles for quick access and it makes them be able to be taken anywhere. Whether I’m going to soccer, the beach or hanging around home these are perfect. With less than 3G of sugar I will definitely be trying the other flavours!
