A new twist to a classic
This was a hit for all members of the house from adults to kids. It was especially sought (or fought?!?I after when we went camping and when we had the traditional back to school sleepover in the living room. The lights added a really festive touch to the game. I am still incapable of doing more than once side of a Cube, but the lit up colours really made me want okay with it anyway.
The mechanism turned smoothly and the Cube turned off in just the right amount of time.
I really loved the idea of a new feature on what was already a winning classic - my kids are hoping they'll do the same for the 4x4s.
Thanks for providing us with this contest out!
This is an interesting variety, but not for long.
This is an interesting variety, but it won't last long. It's quite difficult for a beginner to assemble, and it's a shame there's no mode where the colors are always visible. But overall, it's very interesting for those tired of the classic ones. The quality is very good and feels good in your hands, and all the movements are smooth.
It’s beautiful
This is a very smart and beautiful toy for your kids. It kept my daughter engaged for hours! I’m impressed with the improved lights and the way it’s completed now! It’s amazing!
It lights up, looks fun! But hard for beginners
Thank you butterly and SpinMaster for sending Rubik's Pulse for us to try for free. The Rubik's Pulse is a light up cube that challenges you on a different level. You have to be a pro or somehow skillful as the reflective surface hides all the colors, so it's impossible to plan your moves until you press the button and the lights come on. Disclaimer: not fun for people who have migraines. Then, the timer starts, and the pressure is on. It's a great twist on the original cube, but if you're a beginner, this cube will likely be more frustrating than fun. 😅
Too hard
I got this for priduct for free for my honest review. I didn’t enjoy the Rubik's Pulse, and unfortunately, neither did my kids. They were a bit too young for this type of puzzle — it's much more difficult than expected. The constant flashing made it hard to concentrate, and it was frustrating that you can’t really see the colours unless it’s turned on. Overall, not a great fit for younger children or anyone looking for a more traditional Rubik’s Cube experience.
Great product!!
II got a free Pulse Rubik's Cube to try out, and I can tell you it's great! It turns smoothly, the instructions are clear, and the colors add a bit of a challenge, but they're also really cool!
Rubik’s Pulse
The Rubik’s Pulse is such a cool and fun Rubik’s cube! We love how it’s a race to solve the cube before the lights turn off! This is the perfect gift for a friend!
Light up fun
We all love a good challenge and trying to solve a Rubex cube. Admit we all sat down at one point in our lives and tried to solve this little cube. The Rubik's Pulse is a great idea it's fun, love how the squares light up. The only disappointment is it is a bit small, the colour's could be a bit brighter, the timer is too short and the cube is a bit.
A extra challenge to an already tough game
This Rubik's Pulse was an interesting twist on a familiar game. Pulse mode not only makes it difficult as the colours flash on/off, but solving it in less than 60 seconds is very difficult. I appreciate that it has a way to add an additonal 60 seconds, perfect for those who aren't extra skilled in rubiks cube solving. Overall, the product has a bit of a "cheaper" feel to it, as the cube isn't as solid as a traditional one - however if you have a rubik's cube lover in your life, they will love this new way to play!
A New Twist On A Classic!
We’re loving trying to crack this new twist on the Classic Rubik’s Cube - the Rubik’s Pulse!
We haven’t solved it yet but we’re having a blast trying to beat the blinking lights timer and remember the pattern - it’s definitely a challenge but one my daughter is committed to completing! Such an engaging, innovative update to one of our favourite family toys!
