Soia & Kyo Llana Wool Coat

We purchased the Llana wool coat in size extra large. This is coat purchased for cold weather. The coat arrived today, 9/18/23. Fit wife perfectly. Seems to be very nice. BUT, we spent a lot of time trying to determine in advance where this coat was made. Two sources, not Soia &Kyo;, wrote glowing reviews and stressed the point the coat was made in Canada. That is simply not true. Label inside coat says clearly, made in China. And had we known that in advance we would not have purchased the coat. We try very hard not to do business with China.

Re sizing, beware. They advertised slim cut. OK, but please think petite. Wife has full bust and for that reason we normally move from Medium to Large. Based on another review we stepped up to the Extra Large. Right call.

The other reviews talk about poor customer service. No comment yet, but another review will be forthcoming if issues arise.
