I have had way better probiotics

I chose this brand after they were out of my usually probiotics. Plus my doctor said its good to switch brands from time to time. So your body doesnt get use to the same supplement. This came in a blister pack of 30 veg capsules. Helps promote digestive health, promotes intestinal health, supports immune health. This pack was $9.97 at walmart. Says take 1 capsule a day. I took these for 2 weeks and felt no difference in my bloating and colon health. My stomach was still full feeling and I was still constipated. Which this should help regulate you with all the good bacteria cultures. Maybe this wasn't strong enough. Some others contain30 billion active cultures and that may be why it didn't seem to make a difference. I don't want to hate on this product because nothing bad happened. But no positive results happened neither. I would spend a little extra to get the better refrigerated probiotics.
