Swiss Chalet's slice of apple pie: This desert is offered in the dining room as well as for pick-up / take-out or delivery. The slice is a reasonable size, but the quality is the cheapest possible and the price, like all of Swiss Chalet's deserts, is atrocious! You could buy an entire pie at the grocery store for half the price Swiss Chalet charges for one slice. Unless they're giving it away for free, you're better off buying your own desert elsewhere than paying Swiss Chalet for it. N.B. Swiss Chalet will give you a free desert if you come in on your birthday, which is how I know about their pie; I certainly didn't pay for it.
