I had purchased one of these when my son was a baby, he would get a dry cough from time to time and I found that this helped him with breathing better. It also took away any congestion he had in his sinuses. I also loved sleeping in the same room as this humidifier and woke feeling very refreshed.

My house gets really dry because of the wood heat and we get sick the air being dry makes us feel worse so this is a great. Product to pit moisture in the air making it easier to breath

Great product. Keeps air cool and moist helping the whole family sleep better. Also has the white noise fan sound that also helps you sleep better. Try one and notice the difference in the air you breath.

I think everyone needs one of these. It's not just if you're congested, it also helps if your home has that dry air feeling in Winter. It's great.

I bought this humidifier for my son. It's been great at helping him during the two colds he has had. Easy to clean and visually attractive (ie can be used in any room, not just a nursery).

Anytime my baby has a cold I let this run in his room overnight. You can hear it and it fills the air with Vicks to help baby breath better.

i have bought this "VICKS COOL MIST HUMIDIFIER"
As our central heating is on now since its winter and we were feeling really dried up and dehydrated in the nights.
We bought this humidifier about a month ago because I am having some sinus trouble associated with my pregnancy and all this dryness.
it is a very good looking machine and solid too.
I like the large capacity of the tank. I find the tank cap is hard to remove but I'm usually able to do it with a bit of force.
BUT BUT BUT
the efficiency is very poor.
I have never noticed any difference in the air unless I'm sitting right next to it breathing directly from the machine.
And its very loud on 1st setting, becomes a white noise on 2nd no but then it becomes completely useless as a humidifier.
And yes u have to change the filters every 2 months and they are not very easy to find too.
Only on the looks i would have given it 4 out of 5 stars,
but for its effectiveness, i think 1 star is more than enough
