Amazing knife set

I was overly impressed with the Vida Paderno knives. The wooden knife block is so complimentary to the white knives and looks stunning on my counter top. There is a variety of different knives which I wasn’t expecting but very pleased with. The knives themselves are extremely sharp. I’m very very happy with this set and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good quality aesthetically pleasing knife set!

Amazing

This knife set is phenomenal. They are all so sharp and look beautiful on the kitchen counter. They cut with precision and are easy to clean. Really loving this set and would recommend!

Obsessed with this set!

I absolutely love how this knife set looks! I am in to the natural wood look it works well with the rest of the kitchen. I love the white handles it looks so clean and fresh it definitely goes with a bit more of a modern vibe but has some traditional elements. The quality of the knives is really good! As a family of 4 we love to try new recipes and having good knives definitely helps when we are meal prepping together. The only thing I wish this set had was a bigger bread knife and filet knife. I do have those already but it is always nice when it is in a set. I just love how it looks in my kitchen. I have gotten so many compliments from my family already.

The knives I didn't know I needed

Once upon a time, in the land before the husband and children, I worked at The Bay. We sold some pretty high end foods, including kitchen knives. We received all kinds of training to teach us about the fiber points of these knives and justify their $100+ price point.

While I don't know that I will ever be in the market for those knives, I do know what to look for in a kitchen knife. Now that I find myself stocking our basement kitchen with tools, I am keeping an eye out for good value. These Vida knives by @padernokitchenware , found at @canadiantire absolutely fit the bill.

I will be the first to admit that white handles would not be my first choice. It will be a while before I can confidently judge how they hold up.

I can tell you they are solid and a reasonable weight. They have a full tang - meaning the metal from the blade travels all the way through the handle - and are well balanced. The knife block itself is nicely finished a lot of cheaper blocks tend to splinter or are unfinished. Best of all, you won't have to remortgage to afford the whole set

Clean look, questionable handle color

Received the white handled knife set to review. The knife block is a nice color that fits in with the rest of the kitchen, and the build quality of the knives is great. After a few days of use, the blades are still good and sharp and they aren't heavy like my old set. My only gripes with them are the color of the knife handles and the aggressive labelling on each knife blade. The white handles don't fit the aesthetic of my other tools in the kitchen and from what I have read they easily become discolored after prolonged usage. The white handles seem like an odd choice. And the stamping of Vida by Paderno on every blade is a little aggressive. We want a knife set, not an advertisement every time we use them.

Great sharp knives, but needs grip

I have been using another brand of knives for more than a decade that I have gotten used to.
When these knives arrived to me, I instantly opened to test them out. They cut so smooth! They’re extremely sharp and cuts through potato’s like butter. I haven’t had such easy cuts with my previous knives like this.
I’ve been using them everyday for almost a week now and everything had cut so effortlessly.

The colours go with my white kitchen so well.

I’m looking forward to adding more to this review.

Cooking made easy with Vida by Paderno

I didn't realize how much I needed to upgrade my current set of knives until I received the Vida by Paderno White Handle 15pc knife set from Butterly. This knife set is the perfect addition to my kitchen. It comes in a beautiful wood block with a variety of knives including a chef knife, steak knives, paring knives, shears and more. The white handles give the knives a really nice look. The handles also fit easily in my hand making it very comfortable to chop, dice and mince anything. The stainless steel blade was sharp and made cutting into chicken, bacon, veggies and fruits an easy task. Chopping, mincing and dicing became fun again. Who know getting a good set of high quality knives would change the way I was feeling about cooking. I really love the Vida by Paderno White Handle 15pc knife set. I would totally recommend picking this set up if you are in need of some good high quality knives or simply want to upgrade the knives you already have.

Super sharp knives and a GORGEOUS wood block

I’ve been using the same dull chefs knife for years, so I was thrilled to finally upgrade! The chic white with beautiful acacia wood stood out to me right away - if something is going to take up counterspace, I want it to look nice. The wood is even nicer in person, and really elevates my kitchen.

I am loving the lifetime warranty - I cook often, so I need durability. So far, these have kept a super fine edge (I actually have to be extra careful now as I was used to such a dull knife!).

My only desire would be for them to be dishwasher safe for the sake of convenience, but high quality knives like this are worth the extra 30 seconds of washing up. Highly recommend!
