I realized it was in fact a shaver when I received it. I called, they said they had no complaint about clients getting more facial hair nor thicker or rougher... BUT, NOW YOU HAVE! I personnally am now stuck with more facial and chin hair; darker, rougher, harder. It's a shame...

Left so much wax on my face. Lots of strips in the box however only two after wax wipes. Also didn’t wax all of my hair left most of it on my lips, it just wouldn’t fully wax my upper lip no matter what I tried.

You're supposed to twist the handles so the coil pulls out the hair. I used it once for upper lip and it worked and also didn't hurt. However, it didn't work again regardless of hair length. I do it recommend.

This stuff is way overpriced, I only bought t because it was $20 off at the drugstore and I found out why!! Would definitely not recommend this. Clogs your pores, gave me breakouts on the area where I had used it within a day. Awful awful awful.

I was really hoping these would work, but unfortunately, they are just like the creams, ineffective. They do remove the super fine "peach fuzz", and my skin is left very smooth, but hairs remain, which is the point of the product. All that burning & redness for nothing.

This is worst product I have used so far. Doesn't do anything. Hurts really bad but only removes very few hair. It's hard to clean the cap as well. It's not worth the money. I'm not buying this again and I would not recommend this to anyone especially to people with thick hair.

Got this shaver for about 30 something dollars over christmas holidays. I use it once and then it just stopped working. It's not like it needs batteries because it suppose to be rechargeable it just doesn't hold any charge what so ever.

Where I managed to apply the depilatory in an even layer it removed my hair quite easily. But in some spots it just softened my hair. I liked that there was absolutely no razor burn but then I had to use the razor anyway.
