This is an amazing toner for a low price. It has witch hazel and it has really helped with my skin issues. Come in an easy to use pump bottle as well for no mess and you won’t accidentally use too much!

The cleansing water works well to clean and remove makeup. Similar thing with the wipes for me when used to remove eye makeup. It’s no rinse but I always rinse after using any cleanser product as find there to be a residue feeling.
