What is "American cuisine"? If you're a born-and-bred North American, you won't recognize your favourite chow for the unique cuisine it is. Think Surf 'n Turf platters, premium burgers, Southern-style fried chicken and BBQ pork ribs for a start. Serve 'em up with Californian salads, perfectly seasoned home fries, baked potato and corn on the cob, then follow with good ol' apple pie, triple chocolate brownies, and decadent milkshakes.

I have been to this location many times, for parties, gatherings and because some wanted to try it. Service is really good. The food is pretty bland and some of their drinks blah.

I love food trucks and this one is no exception. Although I do find them a bit pricy for some pasta with cheese it is really good. I love it with some bacon and crispy onions added. It definitely is filling.
