Recently tried this place and had a great late noon dim sum experience. It's not a large restaurant by any stretch but that isn't always such a bad thing. They serve all day from 8am - 6pm.
We went in late afternoon for tea & snack and the place was still packed with...

Don't be fooled by the blah exterior. The River Mandarin is a modestly priced, family-friendly restaurant. Their selection of cantonese, szechuan, and thai dishes offers something for everyone - even those picky eaters out there. Try the chicken with hot peanut sauce! See...

If you've never had their spicy beef bowl soup get it. Everything on the menu is special. Really as close to home cooked vietnamese food you can get. The egg patty is great, their grilled meat skewers are so tender and tasty. I could go there every week. Their pho is to die.

This place serves a wide variety of chinese dim sum during the day and fancy seafood dishes in the evenings. They have tanks of lobster, crab, and fish on display. However good and tasty the food is though, don't expect much from their customer service. On a busy day, they won't...

Excellent dim sum restaurant in a hole in the wall strip mall in the main part of the city. The dumplings are so beautifully made- plump sweet shrimp filling. Eggplant with shrimp paste is glazed to perfection. All the dim sum is of much higher quality than most places. The...

My husband and I went to Genghis Grill in Gainesville, FL. We had never been there before but it was so much fun. They give you a bowl and then you get to be creative because you go up to a bar filled with uncooked meats, spices and veggies and fill it with all your favorite...

The food here is really great, especially the pad thai and pho soup. however if you are a vegetarian beware, because the "vegetarian" pho soup is made with chicken broth.

I walked by this restaurant and was caught by the funky name and cool urban decor. I wasn't even sure what kind of food it was but I was compelled to check it out. When I discovered that it was Korean-Japanese, I was more than pleased (I love Asian food).

The food was well cooked and had amazing flavour! Calamari was a bit over cooked but over all this restaurant is the cutest little place to eat an definitely worth it! Prices are really good too for the amount you get!

This place has two locations - one in Markham (near 14th ave) and one in Scarborough.
The one in Scarb. makes MUCH better food than the Markham location, BUT the Markham location is fairly new and more family oriented.
The food is good... but a little pricey.

This place's mango mochi bubble tea is a fantastic creation. The mochi in a cold, slushy drink is such a good combo. The only thing that's not great about about this place is that they are popular and you can wait for over 20 minutes. They also have crazy choclate bar drinks.

A good place to eat. A mix of Taiwanese food and fried chicken. They even have bubble tea. The prices are a little more than your average chain chicken place. The food is good. The staff is helpful. There is a bit of a wait for the food but worth it. 1525 Bristol Road W...

Has some really stellar dishes- some not so great. Gets very busy (line ups) during peak times. Crispy tofu pudding in garlic sauce is incredible. Peanut noodles are terrible unfortunately. Chicken and peanut dish in spicy sauce was killer.

I am always weary of a restaurant that mixes Japanese AND Korean food on its menu (usually one suffers), but Hosu - Younge & Eglinton location - does not disappoint. The pricing is fairly standard, but the portion sizes are generous and the food is delivered quickly. Main...
