I love Thompson Raisins. Their dark colour adds so much to any recipe I’m using - baking, stews, soups, cereal, etc. The Thompson Raisins are often on sale at the Bulk Barn and I like to get them at that time.

Delicious, spreadable and a sweet treat for a nighttime snack. I love it on a fresh piece of multigrain toast. My child will eat it out of the jar if I’m not looking. She will even spread it on vegetables! I would give five stars but I do not think it is the healthiest choice...

I replaced butter with applesauce to keep it 'healthier' and it turned out great. It's surprisingly not sweet at all and the additional chocolate chips give a kick to the texture. It's such a great treat for the family especially for those who loves chocolate!
