I like equal original sweetener it has zero calories zero salt zero fat and 1 carbohydrate and all I need for my coffee is 1 and 1/2 packs. no aftertaste. Try it.

Love lakanto products!! Best substitute for sugar although it’s much more pricey than granulate/ brown sugar however it doesn’t raise insulin AND not harmful for your body. Will definitely purchase more of Lakanto products in the near future!
