I buy Carnation skim milk powder from Superstore to use in baking sweet squares. I found a recipe to make a substitute for "Eagle Brand Milk" using this powder. It turns out sweet and thick just like the can product, but for a lot less money.

I first tried the Pyure Organic Granular Sweetener of Stevia blend for the coffee. I used, as they recommend, half dose instead of one regular sugar. The sweetness is the same, no difference with table sugar. This product is a good way to cut in half the daily sugar introduction.

I really enjoyed this brownie, although felt like more batter was needed to be able to double layer it. However I would recommend it and would potentially buy it again.
