Great Lakes Brewery Octopus Wants to Fight IPA

1 review

My boyfriend loves this IPA. It pours a beautiful burnt gold edging into a dull orange, like a orange creamsicle complete with a tight white head. As you can imagine, lots of tropical fruits abound from the glass with the first whiffs, followed by a walk in the woods as pine...
Collective Arts Raspberry Milkshake IPA

1 review

This beer is made right in Hamilton and had a collaboration with Monster Donut (local donut maker). Aroma- raspberry fruity aroma with an indistinguishably identifiable hop presence. Appearance - Hazy purple/red colour, opaque. Very low white head, no retention, no...
Royal City Ginger Bells Beer

1 review

Zesty Punch, smooth finish flavoured brown ale. Made with real ginger. Sweet ginger aroma, borderline banana for some odd reason but body is way too light when cold. Unfortunately still a little light when warm.
Royal City Cranberry Solstice Beer

1 review

Refreshing tart, fruity and herbal strog seasoned ale. Made with sage and cranberry. It has a mild cranberry flavour, but it is still pleasant. I would purchase this again
Royal City Remembrance Red Ale

1 review

Reddish brown with particles floating within, very little haze, and almost no carbonation. Topped with a finger of beige head. Smells of toasted malts, red liquorice, and some light, raspberry tea fruitiness. Coffee and fruity, red liquorice, pizza dough, bread maltiness, and...
Tempt 9 Cider Strawberry & Lime

4 reviews

This is such a nice hot weather adult beverage: less tart tham a cider, but not as sweet as a cooler. The strawberry amd lime combo works perfectly to flavour balance and at $1.65 CAD, you can't get any better!
Moose light Raspberry Radler

1 review

I found this radler to be very refreshing and a new go to for hot summer nights (or days). The raspberry flavour is present but not overpowering which I appreciated. I didn't however care for the fact I could only buy it in a case of 6 (at least). When I am trying new flavours I...
La messagère

1 review

Six bouteilles...
Captain Morgan Spiked Root Beer

5 reviews

I usually don’t like root beer but this has a great taste to it and is very strong (which I like). If you enjoy alcohol this is definitely a good drink for you as it is quite strong but goes down fairly easily.

Cassel Brewery Station

1 review

Cassel brewery is a cute little brewery located in Casselman, Ontario. It literally is right off the railroad tracks. I visited here in 2013 and 2014, and am happy to see their brews starting to enter the LCBO market. Station is Cassel's token hoppy beer - a nice light hopped...

Broadhead Brewery is located in the industrial area of Ottawa - the boys who opened it were actually Government workers by day (as advised when we toured there last year)! This is Broadhead's staple beer - a good jump into the craft beer world for novices. I enjoy the super...
Big Rig Gold

Big Rig is a local Ottawa brewery with its flagstaff locations in the Westend. It is owned by one of the Ottawa Senators (whose name I don't recall - I don't pay attention to hockey). Gold is their first and flagship beer. It's nice and light in colour and goes down quite...

Bicycle Craft Brewery - Crimson Cascade

1 review

Bicycle is one of Ottawa, Ontario's newest craft breweries located near the Trainyards. Stop in and grab a pint, t-shirt, or growler while you're there! Crimson Cascade is a nice full bodied American Amber beer - with a little hint of hops and caramel, this brew goes down...
