This is a fresh tasting balsamic with peach flavor. It is fantastic with lime olive oil on a salad. It just makes all the flavors pop. I could eat salad everyday with this dressing. You only have to drizzle a small amount of the balsamic and the oil so it is very economical.

Central Market makes a pretty good Natural peanut butter. I like that they leave a little extra space in the brand new jar. It makes it easier to stir the oil in since natural peanut butter separates.
