I can't wait to try soft versions of popular cookies, and these are fantastic! The candied ginger pieces are terrific, making them not your average ginger cookie. I warm them a bit, and sometimes melt some chocolate on them. PC has done it again!

These cookies are imported from Paris,France and sold in specialty shops in the region. Wonderful with tea or coffee. Made with real butter and sugar and little bits of caramel. Expensive, but a nice gift for Mother's Day or special occasions.

They are not a bad Oreo, but I would not label them as one of the best either. They are basically what you would imagine a vanilla Oreo plus cinnamon to taste like.

These wafer cookies are delicious and perfect to have with some hot tea or coffee. The cookie is not too thin and it's quite dense but I find that to be a good thing because theres more cookie to enjoy that way. Great flavor though I do find it to be a little oily tasting.

I found this box of cookies at Costco. There are two varieties of cookies in here- one filled and one unfilled. Both are light and flakey. They have a buttery sweet taste. The cream inside of the filled cookie is vanilla-flavored and light. Great to serve to guests with tea.

These short bread cookies are shaped like little elves.They have a wonderful fudge centers that is thick and creamy. That is my favorite part. They come in a container that the lid peels down so that makes it nice to close and keep the cookies fresh.
