I actually boil them and then i pan fry them in grapeseed oil and serve with President’s Choice Memories of Hong Kong dipping sauce. They are nicely flavoured and make a nice variety for dinner guests as appetizers.

These fries are really good! Nice and crispy and go perfect with some ketchup. I buy these not too often but when I did they are a hit! I do recommend some salt to put on top as they aren’t seasoned and salt always goes well with fries.
