Eggspectation is a great place for breakfast. Great tasting omelettes especially the southwest sunrise is my favourite. It's a complete meal because the plate is full with baked potatoes and fruit on side. I would definitely visit again

If you want fresh and high quality products you should visit Whole Foods. There I can find different brands and fresh meat. Fresh fruit. I like the variety there but it is a bit pricey compared to others supermarkets.

I always stop by pitapit on my way to toronto to grab a bacon ceasar wrap with buffalo dressing. All the staff are friendly, service is prompt. and they love to give out free samples of chips and dip.
