I think Morningstar veggie burgers are my usual go-tos. I do have vegetarians in my family so I always have veggie burgers in the freezer. In most cases it’s morning star chipotle black bean burgers from costco.

Excellent! We added mushrooms, onions and peppers as we bought a box through a school program. I really wish we would have bought more! They give you so much cheese and sauce it's nice to see we arent getting jipped for our money. Money well spent.

I always keep a box of panko bread crumbs in my pantry. They are awesome for adding some extra oomph to chicken or fish. I use them as a breading. I like to mix in some seasoning. It adds a nice crunch to the protein.

Martinson French Vanilla Cappuccino k-cups tastes better then Tim Hortons french vanilla. Thes k-cups are awesome and make my mornings great. There are only 60 calories in a cup so you don't feel bad drinking them. I love these so much and can't wait till the next cup.
