Though this parchment is on the more expensive side, it is just as effective, unbleached, and compostable! I feel so much better buying from brands that are earth conscious. I will continue to buy this brand of products!

I love smoking food as it just adds such amazing depth of flavour. These wood chips are easy to use and come in a variety of aromas. I really like the apple variety as it adds some sweetness as well. These are a great addition to any barbecue! Give them a try!

Just like the bag says, it really is a light and fluffy mix and I had made pancakes with it for the first time tonight. I loved them; only negative thing is the syrup I had that I ended up scraping off and adding just butter.This is well worth buying if you like pancakes
