All I can say is WOW! I never thought a vegan cheese could taste so good. I love the texture of the cheese slices and they are perfect on a sandwich. They also melt really nicely for grilled cheese too!

This original Silk Soy is hands down way better than the newer version. It isn't sweet or watered down, it has a creamy taste without all the fat. It is a healthier alternative to dairy milk. Love this version and I wish the makers wouldn't have changed this formula.
