I enjoy eating hot oatmeal for my breakfast, then i found this. The taste is so light and filling for a hot breakfast. It only takes a few minutes to make. You can add fruit like raspberries and blue berries on top of the hot cereal. It is also an excellent source of Iron.

I bought this oatmeal on a whim. It comes in a small portable container that you can either microwave or add hot water too. It also has flax and chia seeds. It is super tasty and low sugar. It kept me full for a long time. Would definitely recommend.

I was able to cook a double portion in the microwave in under 3 minutes and it eas just ss good as regular Steel Cut Oats. I would definitely buy this again.
